TruvaLink Notary – Subscription Terms of Service

1. Overview of Services

TruvaLink Notary offers subscription-based remote notary services designed for business use, including:

• Remote online notary sessions (includes 1 electronic notarial stamp per session)
• Identity verified signature requests (Credential + Selfie, SMS, or KBA)
• Advanced identity verification (IAL2-compliant)
• Optional add-on services including witnesses and extra notarial stamps

2. Subscription Plans

We offer four subscription tiers:

• Essentials Plan
• Professional Plan
• Corporate Plan
• Enterprise Plan

Each plan includes a fixed number of notary sessions and identity verification services per month. Add-ons are available at posted rates. Subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly or annual basis unless canceled in accordance with Section 6.

3. Electronic Notarial Stamp Policy

Each remote notary session includes one electronic notarial stamp. Any additional notarial seals used in the same session will be billed as add-ons at the current rate.

4. Identity Verification Services

Each plan includes a set number of identity verified signature requests and advanced identity verification (IAL2-compliant) services per month. Additional requests are billed per-use. TruvaLink Notary partners with third-party services to perform credential analysis, selfie comparison, SMS authentication, and KBA.

5. Billing and Payment

All subscriptions are billed upfront. Payment is due upon subscription activation and at the start of each renewal period.

• Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days.
• Annual subscriptions renew every 12 months and include a 10% discount.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other options as listed during checkout. Failure to process payment may result in suspension of services.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting support.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time or services.
• You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the period ends.

7. Use of Services

You agree to use TruvaLink Notary services for lawful business purposes only. Misuse of services, fraudulent activities, or violation of federal or state notary laws will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.

8. State-Specific Notary Compliance

TruvaLink Notary is committed to complying with the applicable notary laws in the states where our commissioned notaries operate.

• All notarial acts are performed in accordance with the laws and guidelines of the commissioning state of the notary, regardless of the signer's location.
• You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that remote notarization is legally accepted in your state or the state where the document is being used.
• TruvaLink Notary currently supports services compliant with states that allow Remote Online Notarization (RON).
• Documents requiring notarization outside of supported states may not be eligible unless permitted under applicable reciprocity laws.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure 24/7 service access, TruvaLink Notary may experience scheduled or unscheduled downtime. We are not liable for delays or disruptions outside our control.

10. Modifications to Services or Terms

TruvaLink Notary reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and/or subscription offerings. Customers will be notified of any material changes via email or on our website.
