2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. You may be required to provide identification or supporting documents during the notarial process.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information and documents submitted for notarization. TruvaLink Notary is not responsible for errors or omissions caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.

5. Payment and Fees
All fees for services are clearly displayed during the order process. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking. TruvaLink Notary reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
6. Appointment Cancellation
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.

8. Limitations of Liability
TruvaLink Notary is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
