By consenting, you agree to receive records and sign documents electronically. You may request paper copies or withdraw consent before your session.

Consent to a Florida online notary

If you are located outside Florida, you consent to have your notarization performed by a Florida online notary physically located in Florida, under Florida law, as provided in Florida Statutes Chapter 117, Part II. Final consent language is subject to legal review against current statutory text.

Recording

You consent to the audio-video recording of your session, which is retained as required by Florida law.

Identity proofing

You consent to credential analysis and identity proofing performed by our RON provider.
