Our service

TruvaLink Notary connects customers with Florida-authorized online notaries. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, document preparation advice, or guarantees of acceptance.

Notary discretion

A notary may refuse or stop a notarization at any time, including when identity cannot be verified, the signer appears unwilling or unaware, or the request may violate law.

Fees

Online notarial acts are $25 each. Any separate fees are itemized before payment. Refunds follow our published policy.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, use your own identity, be physically where you state, and do not sign in advance when signing must occur in the session.
