Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Contact details, signer location, case details, uploaded documents, appointment records, consent records, and communication history. Identity proofing is performed by our RON provider; we store only provider references and status, never KBA answers or full identification numbers.

How we use it

To provide notarization services, comply with Florida notary law, communicate about your requests, prevent fraud, and meet legal retention obligations.

Retention

Official notary records such as journal entries and session recordings are retained for the period required by Florida law (currently understood to be at least 10 years, subject to legal review). Other records follow separate schedules that are under legal review.

Sharing

With service providers under appropriate agreements (RON provider, payment processor, email and SMS delivery), and as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Canadian customers

Data may be processed in the United States. Our assessment of Canadian privacy requirements and vendor data residency is pending.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your information, and opt out of marketing messages at any time. Some records cannot be deleted while legal retention applies.
