Schedule an appointment

Appointments are tied to a secure case so your notary can review your documents before the session. Times are shown in your timezone and in Florida time.

Two ways to reach an appointment

Both routes end at the same booking step. Which one you take depends only on whether your request is already with us.

01

New request

Tell us about your document first. Scheduling is the final step of intake, so your notary has everything to review before the session.

  • Describe the document, the notarial act, and every signer
  • Upload the unsigned file to your private case folder
  • Pick a published time as the last step, or schedule later

Existing request

Already submitted a request? Book, reschedule, or cancel from your secure customer portal, on any device.

  • See your case number, stage, and notary notes in one place
  • Book, reschedule, or cancel without emailing back and forth
  • Add missing documents before your session begins

The times you see are real

No demo slots, no waiting list games. Availability comes straight from what our notaries have published.

Published availability only

We only show times our notaries have actually published. Nothing is invented, held, or queued behind the scenes. If no times appear, our team will contact you to arrange one.

Two timezones per slot

Every appointment shows the time in your own timezone and in Florida (Eastern) time, so there is no guesswork about when to join.

Double booking blocked

Availability is checked against confirmed appointments in the database, so two signers can never be booked into the same notary slot.

How long your session takes

Session length is set from your intake answers before you ever see a time, so the slot you choose is long enough for the work.

Standard session

Up to 3 notarial acts

30 min

Larger or special review request

More than 3 acts, or a special-category document

60 min

The fee is $25 per completed notarial act, itemized before you pay.

Have these ready

Four things keep a session from stalling. Missing any of them is the usual reason an appointment has to be moved.

  • A current government photo IDDriver's license, state ID, or passport. It must be unexpired and legible on camera.
  • The full document, unsignedPDF, JPG, or PNG, up to 25 MB each. Sign in front of the notary, not before.
  • Every signer presentAll signers must appear on camera for the whole session, in a private location.
  • A stable connectionThe session is recorded end to end, so a dropped connection can force a restart.
