A Florida online notarization is performed under Florida law. We do not represent that every recorder, court, agency, institution, or foreign authority must accept it. Confirm acceptance before your session.

Three separate questions

• Where you are physically located when signing
• Whether Florida law permits the notarial act
• Whether the destination accepts the completed document

Apostille and authentication

Documents for use abroad may need an apostille or authentication from a government authority. That is a separate step after notarization and is not issued by TruvaLink Notary.

Wet ink and physical inspection

Some documents require original wet-ink signatures or physical inspection and cannot be completed online.
